b. Purpose of Video: The video serves as evidence to identify if the issue with the product(s) originated from our end, such as receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
c. Submission: Please share the video with our customer service team when requesting a return. Returns without a video proof may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
a. Contact Us: To start a return, contact our customer service team within the 15-day return window. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the video proof.
b. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
